ARMOR'S LOCAL AUTHORIZED MASTER BUILDER PROGRAM

Armor's Steel Buildings Builder Program, is very unique in the steel building industry, in that we believe that ambition, commitment to integrity and a desire to go the extra mile is a more key ingredient to a Builder's future success, than only the size of the company or the size of the financial statement. Just like any NFL, NHL or other highly professional organization, and as a result of Armor's Common Denominator of Success and Extra mile attitude, Armor is always researching, qualifying and training current and new Builders and contractors who are willing to grow into Armor's Master Builder Program.

Some of the basic qualifications to become an ARMOR Master Authorized Builder is a complete understanding and agreement to abide by ARMOR'S Power of 4 Philosophy. This requires that the Builder is committed to the same high degree of integrity, quality and service. The Builder must be actively branding, advertising and working with the local leads provided by ARMOR thru Excalibur Advertising Agency in an effort to continue growing your current business as well as expanding your ARMOR buildership; to allow your company to produce or be on track to produce a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in delivered sales annually. Master Builder's must demonstrate a willingness to participate with ARMOR'S review board and management team when requested as well as occasionally assisting in phone screening potential new Builders. A willingness to mentor or possibly joint venture projects with other Builders in your region. ARMOR believes in Builders working together with each other and ARMOR, rather than the ruthless cut throat competition that is so common in the industry. Every contractor knows that every Builder cannot serve every clients needs alone and be profitable. A team effort and harmony among Builders promotes a much more lucrative business model for everyone on the ARMOR Team. When it is ARMOR and our Local Authorized Builder against the rest of the world we almost always win.
